How to Use the Internship Program

Here's what you need to do to post your available internships. It’s easy, and it’s free!

1. The form where you can post your internship is available here.
2. Click on “post an internship” and complete one position at a time (if you have more than one).
3. Be sure you answer all questions asked – if any field is incomplete, it will be deleted from the ASHRAE system.
4. Be prepared to hear from students – they will contact you directly with inquiries, questions, and actual applications.
5. You must contact students directly with questions about their candidacy. ASHRAE is a posting place, but not a point of reference on individual candidates.
6. Please tell ASHRAE if you hire an ASHRAE student member intern by sending an e-mail to apruett@ashrae.org.
7. Once you've filled your position, please let us know by sending an e-mail to apruett@ashrae.org so we can remove it from the list.
