Certificates of Attendance are offered as a convenience to help members with their record-keeping for Professional Development Hours (PDH). The generic certificate provided is formatted to allow modification of the information entered as needed. Hard copy, blank, generic certificates are available by request (e-mail mailto:kbrown@ashrae.org).

Requirements for PDH record-keeping and reporting vary by state and should be taken into account when the generic certificate is used
